His career includes experience with Happy Singh, Tandoori Flame, Saravana Bhavan, Udhaya Samudra, Aramco Saudi Arabia, and Romcon Capital. His specialties include Kerala and Malabar cuisine, tandoor, biryani, seafood, and large-scale food production.
